Return Policy

At Deemauli, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange eligible items within 3 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Products like innerwear, accessories, or items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
• Unboxing video is compulsory while raising a return or exchange request. Requests without video proof will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We understand sizing issues can happen! That’s why we offer an easy exchange policy.

• You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your product.
• Exchange is available for size or color of the same product (subject to stock availability).
• If the desired size or color is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or request a refund.
• Unboxing video is mandatory while requesting an exchange to verify the product condition.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement within 3–5 business days.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only for returns that meet our conditions.

• Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued to your provided bank account or UPI ID.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

• Unboxing video must clearly show the package from all sides before opening and the product inside after unboxing.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item does not meet our policy criteria.
• Products damaged due to improper use will not be accepted for return or exchange.
